
Sangli, October 6 (Daily Kiran) : The Chinese Consul General in Mumbai, Qin Qiye, recently visited a village in Sangli District, Maharashtra, accompanied by a team. During the visit, he interacted with farmers, teachers, and students, gaining insights into local agricultural practices and the conditions of primary education.
Qin Qiye took a keen interest in the growth of crops and the living conditions of residents in the area. He highlighted that the recent meeting between Chinese President Xi Jinping and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the BRICS summit in New Delhi has advanced the relationship between the two nations. As neighbors, China and India can benefit their populations by strengthening friendly exchanges and collaborating on development.
He encouraged students to work hard, learn more about China, and become young ambassadors of China-India friendship.
