Mumbai, September 5 (Daily Kiran) : Actor Harshvardhan Rane took to social media on September 5 to commemorate Teacher’s Day by paying tribute to those who have guided him in his career. He shared a series of photographs on Instagram, highlighting the relationships he has built within the film industry.
One image features Rane sharing a warm moment with actor-producer John Abraham. Another shows filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma seated thoughtfully, while a third captures Rane posing with his acting coach, Saurabh Sachdeva. In his post, Rane expressed his gratitude, stating, “Happy Teacher’s Day to my teachers and godfathers.” He added, “I am learning from them to keep working hard.”
Rane considers John Abraham his mentor. Their first encounter dates back to 2004 when Rane delivered a helmet to Abraham as a delivery boy. Years later, they are set to appear together in the upcoming film “Force-3.” In this film, Abraham reprises his iconic role as ACP Yashvardhan Singh, while Rane takes on the role of a villain, poised to challenge Abraham’s character.
The bond between Rane and Varma is built on a shared passion for cinema and mutual respect. Varma is directing the crime-thriller “Police Company,” inspired by the life of Mumbai encounter specialist Daya Nayak, in which Rane will portray a police officer.
In addition to preparing for physically demanding roles, Rane is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Psychology, a journey he frequently shares on his social media platforms.
