Government Hospital in Nellore Announces Recruitment for 14 Positions

Nellore, April 4: A significant opportunity has emerged for those seeking employment in a government hospital. The Government General Hospital (GGH) in Nellore has issued an official notification for the recruitment of various positions, including doctors and nurses.

GGH Nellore is inviting applications for 14 different roles. These include one full-time doctor, a project coordinator-cum-vocational counselor, an accountant-cum-clerk, peer trainers, full-time housekeeping staff, and yoga instructors/art/music teachers. Additionally, there are two positions each for counselors/social workers/psychologists, nurses, ward boys, and watchmen.

The application process began on March 31 and will close on April 9. Interested and eligible candidates are advised to submit their registration forms before the deadline.

Candidates must possess relevant qualifications from recognized institutions or universities, such as an MBBS degree, graduation in social sciences, GNM, B.Sc. nursing, or completion of the 8th grade. Knowledge of accounting and relevant experience in the field is also required.

The minimum age for applicants is set at 18 years, while the maximum age is 42 years, calculated as of July 1, 2025. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per regulations.

Selection of eligible candidates will be based on merit and document verification. The monthly salary for selected candidates will range from ₹5,000 to ₹60,000, depending on the position.

When applying, candidates must pay the application fee according to their category: ₹500 for OC/OBC/BC candidates and ₹300 for SC/ST/PH/ex-servicemen candidates.
