
Noida, April 23: Students in Noida have excelled in the 2026 Uttar Pradesh Board Intermediate examination, bringing pride to the district. The results, announced on Thursday at 4:00 PM, revealed that Himanshi Sharma, a student from KCS Girls Inter College in Surajpur, secured the top position with an impressive score of 91.20%. This achievement has created a joyful atmosphere in both her school and family.
In second place is Gaurangi from Mihir Bhoj Girls Inter College, who scored 89.60%. Meanwhile, Gudiya Kumar from Dayawati Memorial Inter College claimed the third position with 89%. Other students also showcased their talents, making notable contributions to the list of top performers.
Among the top 10 students in the district are Khushi (88.80%), Garima (88.60%), Sakshi Sharma (88.60%), Yash (88.20%), Aadarsh Khari (88.20%), Sonia (88.00%), and Kanak (87.40%). All these students achieved success through hard work and dedication. This year, a total of 22,745 students registered for the examination in the district.
As soon as the results were released, students eagerly checked their scores on the official board websites. The atmosphere in schools was filled with excitement, and congratulations poured in for the successful candidates. Looking at the results over the past three years, there has been a consistent improvement in the success rate.
In 2025, the pass percentage was 85.56%, with 16,327 out of 19,762 students succeeding. In 2024, 84.96% passed, while in 2023, the percentage was 82.14%. This trend indicates a steady enhancement in student performance each year. Educators and parents in the district expressed their happiness over the students’ success, attributing it to hard work, discipline, and proper guidance. The top performers credited their success to their parents and teachers.
