Patna, March 15: Central Minister Giriraj Singh has launched a sharp attack on Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. He stated that during the COVID-19 pandemic, Gandhi spread fear in the country, similar to his current actions. Even members of his own party, the Congress, received the COVID vaccine, but creating panic and confusion has always been Gandhi’s goal, Singh claimed.
Singh further criticized Gandhi for his stance on gas and oil prices, saying that while Gandhi enjoys toast and omelets on the steps of Parliament, he continues to instill fear in others. He emphasized that the world is witnessing the significance of Prime Minister Modi’s leadership. Singh remarked that Gandhi seems to think that frequent foreign trips equate to diplomacy. He asserted that India’s diplomacy is successful and that there is no shortage of resources in the country. Whenever there is a shortage, Modi will manage it effectively.
It is noteworthy that the opposition has been continuously targeting the government over LPG shortages, which the government has labeled as mere rumors. Recently, Rahul Gandhi was seen on the steps of Parliament drinking tea and eating biscuits with opposition MPs in protest against the alleged shortage of LPG cylinders, which Singh has criticized.
Congress MP Amarinder Singh recently challenged the government to clarify the situation regarding LPG cylinders in Parliament, stating that in the coming days, it will be evident whether a shortage exists. He mentioned that they drink coffee daily, while Congress MP Ujjwal Raman Singh pointed out that the public is lining up for cylinders, and there is rampant black marketing of LPG. He highlighted the significant crisis faced by the common people, while accusing the Bharatiya Janata Party of denying the existence of such issues.
