Devendra Yadav Expresses Concerns Over Unemployment and Drug Trafficking

New Delhi, April 14: Devendra Yadav, the President of the Delhi Congress, extended his greetings to citizens on Ambedkar Jayanti. He emphasized that this day is a moment of joy for all.

In an interview with a news agency on Tuesday, Yadav highlighted Dr. B.R. Ambedkar’s significant contributions to the Constitution, particularly in granting equal rights to all citizens.

He asserted that the current state of affairs in the country is concerning. In light of this, it becomes essential for us to implement the principles laid out by Baba Saheb in our daily lives. We must foster brotherhood and work towards uplifting those who are marginalized.

Yadav noted that Congress leaders also celebrated Dr. Ambedkar Jayanti. On this special occasion, they pledged to ensure that the Constitution remains strong and unyielding. Together, they committed to working for the nation’s progress.

Additionally, he responded to the protests by workers in Noida demanding wage increases. He stated that the right to a minimum wage is fundamental and cannot be denied to anyone.

Yadav also expressed his worries regarding rising unemployment. He remarked that many once migrated to Delhi with the hope of finding jobs. However, the current situation starkly contrasts their expectations. Unemployment and drug trafficking have surged across the country, leaving people uncertain about their next steps.

He addressed the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the voter list, criticizing its lack of transparency. He described the current process as rushed and unacceptable, which could lead to errors. He urged for these mistakes to be rectified, while also stating that they would adhere to any court orders issued.
