Lucknow, March 27: Danish Azad Ansari, a minister in the Uttar Pradesh government, has sharply criticized Rahul Gandhi, the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, claiming that he has no genuine interest in the country’s development. Ansari accused Gandhi of misleading the public to serve his political interests, stating that he has tarnished India’s image on international platforms.
In a conversation in Lucknow, Ansari supported central minister Prahlad Joshi’s remarks about Gandhi. He emphasized that the nation is witnessing how Gandhi and his Congress party have shifted from opposing the BJP to opposing India itself. He expressed concern over Gandhi’s attitude toward sensitive issues, deeming it unacceptable.
Responding to statements made by Akhilesh Yadav, Ansari remarked that the Samajwadi Party’s relevance has diminished due to its past actions. He claimed that the party had deceived the public during its tenure, resulting in a loss of trust. He confidently asserted that the NDA will secure victory in the upcoming 2027 assembly elections.
On Prime Minister Modi becoming the world’s most popular leader, Ansari praised Modi’s successful leadership, stating that under his guidance, India has reached new heights of development. He noted that major countries are now supporting India’s progress.
Ansari highlighted that India has proven its capabilities, asserting that if the world aims for advancement, India will play a crucial role. He acknowledged that Modi has gained international recognition, and the friendly demeanor of global leaders towards him has positively impacted India’s image.
He concluded by stating that PM Modi has emerged as one of the strongest leaders in the world.
