Lucknow, March 30: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath listened to the grievances of citizens from across the state during the ‘Janata Darshan’ event on Monday. He collected their petitions and instructed officials to ensure timely resolution of these issues on a priority basis.

CM Yogi emphasized that the government is committed to addressing the legitimate concerns of every victim. Mamta Tiwari, who came from Bangarmau in Unnao, presented a petition accusing certain individuals of encroaching on a temple. She reported that these encroachers are preventing worship at the site.

Taking immediate action, CM Yogi directed the police superintendent to address the situation appropriately. A farmer from Badaun reported that some individuals had destroyed his crops, yet no police action had been taken. In response, CM Yogi instructed officials to ensure that no farmer faces difficulties and that legal action is taken against the offenders without delay.

A complainant from Balrampur raised concerns about the poor condition of a village road, stating that the village head had obstructed its construction for years, causing significant transportation issues. CM Yogi directed local administrative officials to visit the village, engage with residents, assess the situation, and facilitate road construction.

During the ‘Janata Darshan,’ a player from Farrukhabad also shared his concerns. He is a marksman who has won medals in various competitions and requested assistance in obtaining a license. The Chief Minister responded by instructing officials to acknowledge the petitions of athletes, recognizing them as a valuable asset to the state.

Issues related to land and family disputes were also raised during the event. CM Yogi took note of all petitions and ordered appropriate actions from the officials. A complainant from Lucknow highlighted an issue related to an illegal colony, prompting CM Yogi to direct the housing commissioner to take necessary actions as per regulations. Some petitioners from various districts expressed dissatisfaction with police actions regarding encroachments on government land.

CM Yogi emphasized the importance of addressing these matters and ensuring the satisfaction of the victims. A complainant from Sarojini Nagar reported land encroachment and the demolition of a boundary wall, leading to instructions for the SDM of Sarojini Nagar to resolve the issue.
