BRICS 2026 Discussions Foster Action Plan to Mitigate Risks and Enhance Governance

New Delhi, September 13 (Daily Kiran) : The recent BRICS 2026 summit in New Delhi has proven instrumental in shaping an action plan aimed at minimizing risks and enhancing governance standards in asset and liquidity distribution. Industry representatives emphasized the significance of the discussions held over the two-day event.

Nicolas Erakos Sim, co-founder and CEO of the Hong Kong-based company Fiduciary, shared his insights during a conversation on the sidelines of the summit. He noted, “My experience at BRICS has been incredibly beneficial. The capital markets are currently very volatile, so we are striving to find ways to reduce risks while improving governance standards in asset and liquidity distribution. The discussions over these two days have greatly aided us in formulating an action plan.”

Chip Rose, President and CEO of Rogers Capital Consulting and a board member of Community Leaders of America, highlighted that the summit was not merely about theoretical discussions but focused on practical solutions. “My experience at this event has been outstanding. Many intelligent individuals are here, actively contributing to solutions. They are not just discussing possibilities; they are engaged in conversations about how to turn those possibilities into reality. Whether they come from finance, technology, or infrastructure, everyone is united by the goal of enhancing and expanding the ease of financial transactions globally, making it accessible for consumers everywhere,” Rose stated.

Bhupesh Nagarajan, co-convener of BRICS 2026 and co-chair of FICCI Tamil Nadu, expressed pride in India’s leadership role at this year’s conference. He remarked, “We are very pleased that India is leading and hosting this BRICS conference this year. Seventy percent of the world’s population resides in BRICS and allied countries, which also account for sixty percent of the global economy. Therefore, it is crucial to implement changes in policy decisions moving forward. India is at the forefront of this initiative, and all leaders present are committed to making impactful policy decisions for their respective nations and for India.”
