BJP is a Deceptive Party, Says SP MP Sanatan Pandey

Lucknow, June 20: Samajwadi Party MP Sanatan Pandey stated on Saturday that he has no hesitation in declaring the BJP a deceptive party, indifferent to the interests of the public.

In a conversation with journalists, he emphasized that the people of the state are prepared to give the BJP a fitting response in the upcoming 2024 Lok Sabha elections. He pointed out that in all the places where Lord Ram visited, the BJP faced defeat.

According to Pandey, the BJP has lost in Ayodhya, Ambedkar Nagar, Sultanpur, Pratapgarh, Prayagraj, and Chitrakoot—locations that are significant in Lord Ram’s journey. He asserted that the BJP’s losses in these areas reflect the truth about the party.

He further stated that the BJP has no right to remain in power, as the public is now aware of its true nature.

Pandey also responded to Om Prakash Rajbhar’s statements, suggesting that Rajbhar should reflect on his political history. He advised Rajbhar to consider the political events from 2017 to 2026 and engage in self-reflection. He criticized Rajbhar for previously aligning with the Samajwadi Party to win six seats in 2022, only to later join forces with the BJP.

The SP MP remarked that these loudmouths have no real existence in politics. They have manipulated their communities to establish themselves politically. He acknowledged that the Samajwadi Party may have made mistakes in not recognizing such individuals sooner.

He emphasized that since its inception, the Samajwadi Party has not engaged in donation-based politics or ticket selling. Instead, they provide support and assistance to candidates. He clarified that the party is not casteist, highlighting that Brahmins have historically been aligned with the Samajwadi ideology.
