The registration of a society for this purpose has also been completed, aiming to develop the site into a world-class tourist attraction.
Furthermore, the Cabinet approved changes to the recruitment rules for stenographers in the Civil Security Department. The Cabinet also decided to conduct a study on the availability of sand in the Son, Kiul, Phalgu, Morhar, and Chanan rivers, approving a budget of ₹2.32 crore for this purpose. Based on the report, the government will determine how much new sand has accumulated in the rivers post-monsoon and how mining permissions will be granted.
Additionally, the state government approved the creation of a district and additional sessions judge position for the Benipatti Sub-Divisional Court under the Madhubani jurisdiction.
