Bhumi Pednekar Embraces Farm Life for Two Weeks, Finds Joy in Nature and Fresh Produce

Mumbai, June 24: Actress Bhumi Pednekar recently took a break from her busy schedule to enjoy a peaceful retreat in nature. She spent two weeks on a farm, which she affectionately referred to as her “second home away from home.”

During her time there, Bhumi shared glimpses of her rural experience on social media, showcasing her life surrounded by adorable baby goats, fresh homegrown food, and the tranquility of the organic environment.

In a video montage she posted, Bhumi wrote: “I was a farm girl for two weeks, and it was an incredibly special experience. This is my second home, where I was surrounded by nature and my favorite things.”

The post began with a heartwarming photo of Bhumi holding a cute white goat kid, smiling as she posed in her black athletic wear.

In another video, she can be seen trekking along lush forest paths. She also shared snippets of daily farm activities, including picking fresh vegetables from the garden. One clip shows her harvesting leafy greens to prepare a meal.

Bhumi highlighted the “farm-to-table” lifestyle, featuring nutritious meals made from fresh ingredients, including colorful vegetable dishes, soups, and pancakes.

On the professional front, Bhumi was last seen on the big screen in the film “Mere Husband Ki Biwi,” alongside Arjun Kapoor and Rakul Preet Singh. She also appeared in the web series “Daldal” on an OTT platform.

Recent posts from Bhumi indicate her growing interest in spirituality and nature. A few weeks ago, she shared pictures from her trip to Dharamshala, where she met the 14th Dalai Lama.

In an emotional note, she expressed: “Everything felt light, calm, and surreal in the presence of His Holiness the Dalai Lama. As I left, I realized tears were streaming down my face.”

She added, “It’s a feeling I can’t fully express in words, only deeply feel. I am on an inner journey, and such magical moments fill my heart with gratitude for the life we have. Experiencing moments of such peace, dignity, and compassion is truly a blessing. This memory will stay with me forever.”
