BAPS Ties Sacred Rakhi to Maharashtra Governor on Raksha Bandhan

Mumbai, August 28: On the auspicious occasion of Raksha Bandhan, Maharashtra Governor Jagdish Mukhi received a blessed rakhi from the BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha, tied by the revered Mahant Swami Maharaj.
