Mumbai, May 4: Ather Energy, a manufacturer of electric two-wheelers, announced its financial results for the fourth quarter of FY26 on Monday. The company reported a quarterly loss of ₹100.23 crore, marking an 18.41% increase from the previous quarter’s loss of ₹84.64 crore.

However, on an annual basis, the loss has significantly decreased by 57%, down from ₹234.36 crore in the fourth quarter of FY25.

In FY26’s fourth quarter, Ather Energy’s operational revenue surged by 74% year-on-year, reaching ₹1,174.66 crore compared to ₹676 crore in the same quarter last year.

The company attributed its strong performance to an increase in market share and fundamental growth factors.

Throughout the fiscal year, Ather Energy continued to expand its physical and charging infrastructure. In April 2026, the company reported that it had doubled the number of its experience centers across India to over 700, in line with its expansion goals.

Additionally, Ather has strengthened its charging ecosystem, providing over 5,000 public chargers in more than 395 cities, which includes over 3,675 fast chargers operated directly by the company in major urban markets.

Following the results announcement, Ather Energy’s shares closed at ₹937, up 0.23% from the previous closing price of ₹934.85 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
