Mumbai, December 2: Actress Ashnoor Kaur had carved a special place in viewers’ hearts with her clean and simple image in reality showBigg Boss 19‘. Audiences expected her to have a long journey in the show, but everyone was shocked when she was shown the exit door after a dispute with Tanya Mittal.

The news of her eviction just one week before the finale surprised fans. After coming out, Ashnoor spoke openly for the first time about this sudden elimination, housemates’ reactions, and especially about Tanya’s injury.

When Daily Kiran asked Ashnoor about Malti Chahar calling her ‘selfish’ and ‘child’, she replied, “Everyone has the right to express their opinion. I don’t let others’ words define my identity. I know myself well, so I don’t let external comments dominate me. I believe in moving forward rather than getting entangled in controversies.”

The matter escalated during the ‘Ticket to Finale’ task when the argument between Ashnoor and Tanya Mittal reached a different level. During the task, housemates had to try defeating each other by dropping red and green water filled in bowls attached to both sides of a wooden plank.

As soon as Tanya dropped Ashnoor’s bowls, Ashnoor angrily rotated the wooden plank, causing injury to Tanya. Although Tanya didn’t make an issue about it, Salman Khan scolded them during ‘Weekend Ka Vaar’ and evicted her from the house for breaking an important rule of the ‘Bigg Boss’ house.

Her eviction from the house was quite shocking for viewers, as Ashnoor is generally known for her calm nature. Ashnoor herself appeared emotional about this decision and mentioned that she was just one week away from the finale. She felt as if her dream was suddenly snatched away.

When Daily Kiran asked in the interview, “Would you have done something different inside the show?” she replied, “I wish I had been told earlier that Tanya was injured. If this matter had been brought to my attention in time, I would have immediately apologized and perhaps things wouldn’t have escalated so much.”

Talking about which contestant surprised her inside the house, Ashnoor revealed that before entering the show, she thought she wouldn’t get along with Avinash and Digvijay, but both proved her wrong. She said, “Both were very good and I became friends with them quickly. The show has taught me a new lesson about relationships. I found a true friend like Abhishek, but at the same time, I also realized that some people can easily abandon you when difficult times come.”

After ‘Bigg Boss’, Ashnoor is now focusing on her personal life and career. She mentioned that like every year, this time too she will celebrate New Year at Nanded Sahib Gurudwara, a tradition she has been following for almost a decade. Besides this, discussions are ongoing about her upcoming projects, about which she will share information soon.
