Beijing, April 23: Xiaomi has officially launched the Mijia Refrigerator Pro Cross 600L in the Chinese market. Available for pre-sale at a price of 3499 yuan ($512), this refrigerator comes with a 10-year compressor replacement warranty and features advanced cooling systems.

The refrigerator boasts a 600L storage capacity, which includes 375L for refrigeration, 225L for freezing, and a 36L variable temperature compartment. Its cross-door design incorporates 18 compartments for easy organization of various food items. Despite its large capacity, it occupies just 0.58 m² of floor space and features a bottom heat-dissipation design, allowing for flush installation against kitchen cabinetry.
The product is equipped with a dual-system cooling setup that includes separate evaporators and fans for the refrigerator and freezer. This design prevents odor mixing and maintains stable temperatures. It also features a full-domain ion purification system with ion generators for sterilization, odor removal, and pesticide residue elimination in the refrigerator compartment. The freezer utilizes a silver-ion antibacterial module for similar benefits.
Xiaomi claims that the Mijia Refrigerator Pro Cross 600L offers efficient moisture control with a molecular sieve-based high-humidity system, keeping fruits and vegetables fresh for up to seven days. The variable temperature compartment has three modes: dry storage, near-zero temperature, and baby care.
The refrigerator excels in freezing capabilities, supporting a deep-freeze temperature of -30°C. It can freeze up to 8.5 kilograms of food within 12 hours, preserving texture and nutrients in frozen items. The appliance operates with a variable frequency compressor, maintaining a low noise level of 35dB(A) for quieter home environments.
On the smart technology front, the Mijia Refrigerator Pro Cross 600L integrates with Xiaomi’s HyperOS and is compatible with the Mijia app. It supports OTA updates and Xiao Ai voice commands, ensuring seamless connectivity with other smart home devices. Additionally, the refrigerator achieves high energy efficiency with a daily power consumption of just 0.93 kWh.
