New Delhi, February 22: BJP Rajya Sabha member Dharmshila Gupta has responded to former Bihar Chief Minister Rabri Devi‘s recent statements. Gupta asserted that Devi’s remarks are entirely incorrect. She emphasized that under the current NDA government, women in Bihar are safe. The government is fully committed to ensuring justice for daughters and the safety of women.

Gupta expressed that the NEET student case, which has garnered national attention, is “our daughter” as well, and everyone desires that she receives justice swiftly. The investigation is being conducted by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), and justice will surely be served following a fair inquiry. She reminded Rabri Devi of the “jungle raj” during her administration, stating that the current government is continuously working to strengthen law and order.

Additionally, Gupta sharply criticized the Youth Congress‘s protest during the AI Summit held in Delhi. She described the attempt to tarnish the country’s image on an international platform as extremely unfortunate. With many global leaders present at the AI Summit, the protest by Congress youth workers was damaging to the nation’s reputation.

Gupta advised Congress leaders to learn from Sonia Gandhi, noting that despite her foreign origins, every citizen respects her. She accused the Congress of behavior that reflects its decline and attempts to defame India on a global scale, which cannot be tolerated at any cost.
