
Antigua, May 28: Cricket West Indies has unveiled the schedule for the 2026 domestic season. The Caribbean team will host Sri Lanka, New Zealand, and Pakistan.
The highlight of the domestic season will be the two-Test series against Sri Lanka and Pakistan, part of the ICC World Test Championship cycle. The season will kick off in Jamaica from June 3 to June 14 with a white-ball series against Sri Lanka, featuring three One Day Internationals (ODIs) and three T20 Internationals. Following this, a two-match Test series will take place, with the first Test scheduled from June 25 to June 29 and the second Test from July 3 to July 7, both hosted in Antigua.
Subsequently, the Caribbean team will engage in a five-match ODI series against New Zealand. The first three ODIs will be held in Guyana on July 11, 13, and 16, while the final two ODIs will take place in Barbados on July 19 and 21. Cricket West Indies stated in a release, “Barbados has been added as the host venue for the ODI series against New Zealand, with the last two matches taking place there.”
The final series of the domestic season will be against Pakistan, featuring another two-Test series. The first Test is set for July 25-29, and the second Test will run from August 2-6, both hosted in Trinidad and Tobago. This series will be historic for the Brian Lara Cricket Academy, as it will host its first Test match. Currently, the West Indies ranks ninth in the World Test Championship standings, having played a total of eight matches.

– Third ODI: July 16, Guyana National Stadium, Guyana
– Fourth ODI: July 19, Kensington Oval, Barbados
– Fifth ODI: July 21, Kensington Oval, Barbados
Pakistan Series Schedule:
– First Test: July 25-29, Brian Lara Cricket Academy, Trinidad and Tobago
– Second Test: August 2-6, Queens Park Oval, Trinidad and Tobago
