
New Delhi, May 22: West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari met with Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Friday in New Delhi. He emphasized that the new government in Bengal will advance under the agenda of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas” (Together for Everyone, Development for Everyone).
Chief Minister Adhikari shared pictures from the meeting on the social media platform X, expressing his gratitude to Home Minister Amit Shah for his unwavering trust and good wishes.
He stated that under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Shah’s capable leadership, the new government in West Bengal is fully committed to ensuring security, good governance, and realizing the pledge of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas.” He added that they will work tirelessly to turn the dream of a developed Bengal into reality for the welfare of every citizen.
Earlier, Chief Minister Adhikari also met with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In a post on X, he expressed his honor and privilege in meeting the Prime Minister in New Delhi, marking his first official meeting since taking office as Chief Minister.
He conveyed heartfelt gratitude for the Prime Minister’s good wishes and his unwavering commitment to the progress of West Bengal. During their meaningful discussion, the Prime Minister reiterated his vision of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas,” emphasizing that the development of West Bengal is a top priority for the central government.
