New Delhi (Patrika English News): Vivo’s upcoming X300 series is expected to debut in China next month, featuring the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro models. According to reports, the Vivo X300 may come powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor and could feature a 200MP primary rear camera.

A new Vivo smartphone with model number Vivo V2515 has been spotted on benchmarking platform Geekbench, believed to be the international variant of the X300. The device scored 3,177 points in the single-core test and 9,701 points in the multi-core test. The listing shows the phone with 15GB RAM and an octa-core chipset, confirming signs of the MediaTek Dimensity 9500. This could make the X300 one of the first smartphones to launch with this processor.

The upcoming series is expected to continue Vivo’s partnership with Zeiss-tuned cameras, similar to the X200 lineup. A variant of the Vivo X300 may also support BeiDou satellite messaging service. The phone could feature a compact 6.3-inch display.

The Vivo X300 Pro is tipped to come with a triple rear camera setup, including:

  • 50MP Sony LYT-828 primary sensor (1/1.3-inch)

  • 200MP periscope telephoto sensor (1/1.4-inch)

  • 50MP ultra-wide-angle sensor

While the Vivo X200 series used the Dimensity 9400 chipset, the X300 Pro is expected to include significant design and hardware upgrades.

Vivo’s product manager Han Boxiao confirmed that the X300 Pro will sport a 6.78-inch flat display with ultra-slim bezels, unlike the quad-curved display on the X200 Pro. It will also introduce a proprietary vibration motor and Vivo’s Universal Signal Amplifier chipset. For selfies, the X300 series may include a 50MP Zeiss-supported 92-degree wide-angle camera with autofocus.
