Vivo has officially introduced the Vivo X300, the compact flagship that succeeds last year’s X200 Pro Mini. While the X200 Pro Mini was well received in China for its 6.3-inch form factor, the new X300 continues that compact design philosophy with significant hardware and design enhancements.

Key Specifications

The Vivo X300 is powered by the Dimensity 9500 chipset and features Vivo’s in-house BlueImage V3+ image chip, which delivers improved image processing and color accuracy. On the rear, it houses a Zeiss 200MP ultra main camera paired with an APO telephoto lens, while the front camera sees an upgrade to 50MP with autofocus. The device also supports 4K 120fps 10-bit Log video recording, doubling the frame rate capability of its predecessor’s 4K 60fps HDR mode.

In terms of design, the X300 features a 7.95mm ultra-thin profile, uniform 1.05mm bezels, and a suspended waterdrop curved glass finish. It includes an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor 2.0, a 4th-generation silicon negative semi-solid battery, and runs OriginOS 6, offering improved efficiency and longevity.

Comparison with X200 Pro Mini

The Vivo X200 Pro Mini launched with a Dimensity 9400 chip, 32MP front camera, and 8.15mm non-symmetrical design running on OriginOS 5. While it set the foundation for Vivo’s compact flagship segment, the new X300 builds upon that success with a stronger imaging system, better power management, and refined ergonomics.

With these upgrades, the Vivo X300 reinforces Vivo’s leadership in the compact flagship category, offering a blend of cutting-edge performance, professional-grade imaging, and elegant design for 2025.
