Trump Claims Victory Over Iran, Offers Ten-Day Negotiation Window

Washington, March 27: President Donald Trump made a bold claim on Friday, stating that the U.S. military has achieved a complete victory against Iran. He asserted that a significant portion of Tehran’s military capabilities has been destroyed. Trump has given a ten-day window for negotiations before further action is taken.

In a phone interview on Fox News’ “The Five,” Trump stated that the U.S. military campaign has effectively eliminated Iran’s ability to wage war.

“We have already won the war. From a military perspective, we have completely won,” he declared.

He explained that the purpose of these attacks was to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons, warning that such capabilities should not be in the hands of a rogue regime. “You cannot give nuclear weapons to a madman or a mad ideology,” he emphasized.

Detailing the scale of the U.S. campaign, Trump claimed extensive damage to Iran’s military infrastructure. “We have destroyed their navy, their air force, and most of their missiles. Their missile launch systems and communication networks have also been targeted,” he said.

Trump also claimed that U.S. forces have targeted Iran’s leadership structure. “We have eliminated their leaders. They are all now struggling to save their lives. We did not want to see them in that position,” he added.

He stated that he decided to halt further action at Iran’s request. “They asked me, can we have more time? So, I gave them ten days,” Trump noted.

He warned that if no agreement is reached, new attacks will follow. “If they do not do what they are supposed to do, I will destroy their power plants,” he asserted. He argued that U.S. intervention is not only limited to national security but is also essential for global stability. “We are providing a significant benefit to the world,” he concluded.

The President also claimed that before U.S. actions, Iran was close to developing nuclear weapons. In response to domestic criticism, Trump dismissed opposition voices, citing strong support within his political base.
