New Delhi, June 6: On the occasion of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s Coronation Day, prominent leaders including Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, and Maharashtra’s Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde extended their greetings and paid tribute to the founder of Hindavi Swarajya.
In a post on the social media platform X, Home Minister Amit Shah wrote, “Heartfelt wishes on the Coronation Day of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, the founder of Hindavi Swarajya and protector of Dharma. His unwavering dedication to Swaraj, self-culture, and self-religion, along with his indomitable courage, made young Shivaji a Chhatrapati. He pledged for Hindavi Swarajya at a young age and challenged the Mughals.”
He further stated, “Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj established a governance system based on self-respect, good governance, and national defense, which instilled new confidence among the Indian populace. His life continues to inspire millions of youth with patriotism and cultural pride.”
Union Minister Nitin Gadkari also shared his wishes, stating, “Warm greetings to everyone on the Shivrajyabhishek Day, a symbol of Hindavi Swarajya and self-reliance. Tribute to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, the founder of Hindavi Swarajya.”
Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary expressed, “On the Coronation Day of the founder of Hindavi Swarajya, the symbol of indomitable courage, self-respect, and patriotism, I pay my respects to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. His life inspires us to fight against injustice and remain dedicated to good governance and national interest. Let us embody his ideals and contribute to building a strong, prosperous, and self-respecting India.”
BJP MP Ravi Kishan conveyed, “Wishing all citizens a happy Shivrajyabhishek Day. Shivaji Maharaj dedicated everything to establish Hindavi Swarajya based on the pillars of religion, nationalism, justice, and public welfare. He fought hard to protect our motherland and subdued the invaders. The immortal tales of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj will continue to inspire the Indian populace for eternity. Jai Bhavani, Jai Shivaji.”
Maharashtra BJP President Ravindra Chavan remarked, “The rise of a Maratha ruler, a ‘Chhatrapati,’ among the ‘Mleccha’ emperors was no ordinary event. The ‘Shivrajyabhishek Sohala’ (Coronation Ceremony of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj) is a historic day that planted the banyan tree of self-respect on Maharashtra’s soil, dispelling the darkness of slavery and giving a proud identity to the Marathi people.”
He added, “I bow to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, the founder of Hindavi Swarajya and the revered deity of a united India! Heartfelt wishes to everyone on this Coronation Ceremony.”
Maharashtra’s Deputy CM Eknath Shinde stated, “I respectfully bow to the revered deity of undivided Maharashtra, Shrimant Yogi Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. Best wishes to all Shiv devotees on Shivrajyabhishek Day.”
Maharashtra Minister Sanjay Rathore noted, “A state of the people, a state of justice, a state of self-respect. The coronation of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj granted sovereignty to Hindavi Swarajya and created a new history defined by self-respect, valor, and good governance. Heartfelt wishes to all on Shivrajyabhishek Day, a day that witnesses the glorious history of Hindavi Swarajya.”
