Rajouri, October 9 (Daily Kiran) : A road accident in Rajouri district of Jammu-Kashmir on Friday evening resulted in the deaths of two individuals and left five others injured. The incident occurred around 6 PM in the Mogla-Teriyath area, according to local officials.

The accident involved a vehicle carrying passengers that lost control and skidded off the road. Tragically, two people died at the scene, while five others sustained injuries. Authorities, with assistance from local residents, transported the injured to a nearby hospital, where some are reported to be in serious condition.

Police have acknowledged the incident and are awaiting further information regarding the circumstances surrounding the crash. Road accidents in Jammu-Kashmir are often attributed to a combination of human error, difficult terrain, and adverse weather conditions.
