New Delhi, August 6: Leaders of the Indian National Congress, including Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi, and party president Mallikarjun Kharge, have expressed their deep sorrow over the devastating landslides and floods in Nagaland and Arunachal Pradesh.
Rahul Gandhi took to social media platform ‘X’ to convey his condolences. He stated, “I am deeply saddened by the significant loss of life and property caused by the landslides and sudden floods in Nagaland and Arunachal Pradesh. My heartfelt sympathies go out to the affected families, and I wish for the swift recovery of the injured. I urge Congress workers to provide all possible assistance in relief and reconstruction efforts. I stand in solidarity with every affected family during this challenging time.”
Mallikarjun Kharge, the national president of Congress, also expressed his grief.
