Noida, February 20: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is set to visit Greater Noida on Saturday, and preparations for his arrival are nearly complete. In light of this event, the traffic police have released a detailed traffic advisory.

According to the advisory issued by the Gautam Buddh Nagar police, a program organized by the HCL Group and Foxconn’s joint venture, “India Chip Private Limited,” is scheduled to take place in Sector 28 of Greater Noida. Given the expected attendance of distinguished guests, the traffic police have outlined specific measures to manage traffic effectively.

During the event, special traffic management and diversions will be implemented on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, Yamuna Expressway, and surrounding routes. As per the traffic police, invited guests arriving from Delhi via the Chilla and DND borders will access the venue through the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, exiting at the Flida Cut (26 km) to reach the event site in Sector 28. VIP parking will be designated to the right of the venue. Buses from HCL and Shiv Nadar School will also follow this route, exiting at Flida Cut and parking on the designated empty road near the water tank.

After the program concludes, buses will be directed towards their destinations via the Rabupura-Dankaur service road, passing Galgotias University and Gautam Buddha University. Media personnel and HCL-affiliated vehicles will enter the designated media parking via the Flida Cut and the Tirthali double service road. Separate routes and general parking arrangements have been made for vehicles arriving from Kakod, Jhajhar, Jahangirpur, Jewar, Dayanatpur, Nagla Handa, and nearby areas.

Additionally, from 7 AM to 10 PM on Saturday, the entry of heavy, medium, and light commercial vehicles from Delhi’s borders (Chilla, DND, Kalindi Kunj) into Gautam Buddh Nagar will be restricted. These vehicles will be redirected via NH-9, NH-91, and the Eastern Peripheral Expressway. Vehicles coming from Agra may also be diverted before the Jewar toll if necessary.

The traffic police have assured that emergency services, including ambulances and fire brigades, will be allowed to operate without interruption during the diversions. Citizens are encouraged to use alternative routes to avoid inconvenience and to contact the helpline number 9971009001 in case of any traffic issues.
