Tamil Nadus Chief Minister Rekha Gupta Calls for NDA Government in Upcoming Elections

Coimbatore, April 15: In a significant push for the upcoming assembly elections in Tamil Nadu, Chief Minister Rekha Gupta was in Coimbatore on Wednesday, where she held a roadshow in support of the BJP candidate. The CM urged the public to rally behind the NDA to form the next government.

During her interaction with the media, CM Rekha Gupta emphasized that Tamil Nadu has lagged in development while the rest of the country has progressed under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership. She expressed confidence that the people of Tamil Nadu are eager to advance.

“I firmly believe that the public will elect the NDA alliance in this election,” she stated.

The CM asserted that Coimbatore North is ready to reveal the true face of the DMK. She noted that the growing support for PM Modi and the BJP reflects a clear and decisive mandate for change.

Referencing MK Stalin, she highlighted his opposition to the 33% reservation for women, which she believes has been widely recognized by the public. “While you may deny women their rightful place in decision-making, the women of Tamil Nadu will not remain silent. They will respond with their voices and votes,” she said.

CM Gupta appealed to every mother, sister, and daughter to address this injustice in the upcoming elections. She urged all voters to support the BJP candidate, stating that every vote for the NDA guarantees a corruption-free Tamil Nadu. She promised dignity, safety, and direct support for women, including a monthly assistance of ₹2,000 for female heads of families, a one-time aid of ₹10,000 for every household, free LPG cylinders, zero FIR reporting for heinous crimes, and fast-track courts to ensure swift justice.

She concluded by stating that Tamil Nadu stands at a turning point of new possibilities, ready to move forward with PM Modi’s vision of “Service, Good Governance, and Development.”
