Mumbai, September 15 (Daily Kiran) : Mumbai actress Surbhi Chandna recently revealed a tense moment during her family’s Ganesh Chaturthi celebration. Just before preparing the offerings for Ganapati Bappa, the gas hob unexpectedly stopped working, leading to a gas leak. The situation raised concerns about whether they could serve the offerings on time.
However, the family rallied together and managed to resolve the issue, allowing them to present the offerings to Bappa as planned. Surbhi described the experience as “miraculous.” She shared photos from the celebration on Instagram, expressing gratitude that Bappa was with them during the crisis.
In her post, she recounted, “For the first time in three years, we faced something truly miraculous. Just before serving the offerings and food to our guests, our gas hob suddenly malfunctioned, and a gas leak occurred. For a moment, it seemed impossible to prepare everything on time.”
Surbhi praised her family for their teamwork during the stressful situation. “In this difficult moment, the entire family came together and managed to fix the problem. Thanks to Bappa’s grace, we could offer the bhog on time. Perhaps that’s why he is called ‘Vighnaharta’—the remover of obstacles. What felt like a moment of panic turned into a beautiful memory.”
She also shared several pictures from the celebration, showcasing her traditional attire, which featured a shimmering suit adorned with stones. Surbhi accessorized with a white necklace and matching earrings, keeping her makeup minimal.
Surbhi Chandna and her husband, businessman Karan Sharma, tied the knot on March 2, 2024, in Jaipur. This year marks their third Ganesh Chaturthi celebration together.
