This day marks the Saptami tithi of the Shukla Paksha in the month of Bhadrapada, lasting until 1:01 PM. Following this, the Ashtami tithi will commence.

On this occasion, worshipping Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati during the Saptami Vrat is believed to be particularly beneficial. Additionally, Fridays are traditionally dedicated to the worship of Goddess Santoshi.
