Shiv Sena Leader Manisha Koyande Congratulates PM Modi on Record Tenure, Highlights National Interest

Mumbai, June 5: Prime Minister Modi is set to surpass the record tenure of India’s first Prime Minister, Jawaharlal Nehru, on June 10. On this significant milestone, Shiv Sena leader Manisha Koyande extended her congratulations to PM Modi, praising his leadership, dedication, and contributions to the nation.

She expressed that it is a matter of pride and joy for the entire country to have a personality like PM Narendra Modi leading the nation.

In an interview with a news agency, Koyande stated that PM Modi has always prioritized national service throughout his public life. She emphasized that he has never thought of personal interests, focusing solely on serving the country and its people.

Koyande noted that under the leadership of Eknath Shinde, Shiv Sena is a part of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA), and she takes pride in this association. She attributed PM Modi’s popularity to his commitment to the nation, direct communication with the public, and dedication to problem-solving.

The Shiv Sena leader remarked that the country has made remarkable progress in every sector under PM Modi’s leadership. She highlighted several historic decisions made in recent years that have brought pride to the citizens, including the construction of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya and the abrogation of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir, which she considers major achievements of the Modi government.

Koyande mentioned that these were long-discussed issues, and these decisions have honored the sentiments of millions. She also pointed out that it was the wish of Shiv Sena founder Balasaheb Thackeray to resolve such matters.

Regarding the DMK’s absence from the INDIA alliance meeting due to dissatisfaction with Congress in Telangana, Koyande commented that the opposition alliance’s agenda seems to change constantly. She stated that the politics of the INDIA alliance appears to be self-serving, leading to periodic disagreements among its allied parties.

In response to Russian President Vladimir Putin’s appreciation of India-Russia relations and his remarks on thwarting Western pressures, Koyande affirmed that the relationship between India and Russia is longstanding and robust.

She stated that the friendship, trust, and cooperation between the two nations have a rich tradition that will continue in the future. According to her, the strong ties between India and Russia are beneficial for both countries and will strengthen economic, strategic, and global cooperation.
