Shaina NC Accuses Opposition of Disrespecting Women, Calls for Movement if Nari Shakti Vandan Bill is Rejected Again

Mumbai, April 20: Shiv Sena leader Shaina NC has accused the opposition of being anti-women, claiming they have disrespected women. In a conversation in Mumbai, she stated that the Nari Shakti Vandan Bill was a golden opportunity that could have been passed. However, the opposition did not allow it to pass. She expressed hope that Prime Minister Narendra Modi would reintroduce the bill in Parliament with necessary amendments. If the opposition rejects it again, a significant movement will unfold across the country.

Regarding the Uniform Civil Code (UCC), Shaina NC explained that it signifies a uniform set of laws for all citizens. There will be no appeasement politics involved. She noted that minority communities in several states, including West Bengal, now recognize that the UCC is essential today. Some parties oppose the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), National Register of Citizens (NRC), and UCC solely for appeasement purposes. The UCC is a necessity for the country.

On the Nashik IT company case, Shaina NC reported that six individuals have been arrested. This is a very serious matter, as girls were being lured, and obscene videos were being made to blackmail them. Nashik police have done commendable work, with female officers deployed undercover in plain clothes to confirm complaints and apprehend the culprits.

Commenting on the statements made by preacher Dhirendra Shastri, Shaina NC emphasized that everyone believes Sanatan Dharma symbolizes peace and harmony. It promotes unity and preserves cultural values. She expressed full respect for the court’s decision in the Kashi Vishwanath case and hopes that, similar to the Ram Mandir case in Ayodhya, the Kashi Vishwanath site will also witness the devotion and grandeur of its followers.
