New Delhi, June 5: Senior BJP leader Syed Shah Nawaz Hussain praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi, stating that the nation is fortunate to have a leader like him. He emphasized that Modi’s full name, Narendra Damodardas Modi, is synonymous with significant achievements.
In a conversation with a news agency, Hussain remarked, “PM Modi has made history and will officially break Jawaharlal Nehru’s record for the longest-serving Prime Minister on June 10.”
He expressed confidence that Modi would continue to serve as Prime Minister for an extended period, predicting victories in the upcoming elections of 2029 and 2034. “For him, the country is everything,” Hussain added.
Reflecting on the changes in India over the past 12 years, Hussain noted that under Modi’s leadership, the nation has made unprecedented progress in various sectors. He highlighted that India’s stature on the global stage has risen, and 1.4 billion Indians take pride in having a Prime Minister who consistently enhances the country’s reputation.
Hussain also criticized the opposition’s India Alliance, declaring it already defunct. He pointed out that Nitish Kumar had separated from the alliance even before its formation, followed by Mamata Banerjee contesting separately, and the Communist parties and Arvind Kejriwal also choosing to run independently.
He stated, “The India Alliance is merely a name. They come together out of jealousy towards the BJP but end up fighting among themselves. Currently, even the DMK is unwilling to align with them.”
Expressing concern over the Congress party’s declining status, Hussain noted that its organization is weakening daily. Trust among party leaders has eroded, leading to internal discord. The members of the India Alliance are also reluctant to collaborate.
Hussain concluded by asserting that the public is now aware of the situation, which is causing increasing difficulties for the opposition. He expressed confidence that under BJP leadership, development initiatives are progressing rapidly and will continue. The citizens desire development and a stable government, which only PM Narendra Modi can provide.
