JP Nadda Criticizes Opposition Over NEET Paper Leak and CJP Protest

New Delhi, July 22: Union Minister JP Nadda addressed a press conference at the BJP headquarters in New Delhi. He discussed various issues, including the CJP’s parliamentary march, the NEET paper leak, and protests led by Rahul Gandhi. During his address, he held the opposition accountable for the paper leak controversy.

Nadda emphasized that the demands of students should not be politicized. He stated that this is a serious issue that requires in-depth discussion. He mentioned that at 4 PM, opposition leader Rahul Gandhi presented information regarding nearly 150 paper leaks, which is a matter for investigation. The government is committed to addressing these concerns transparently.

He pointed out that there have been paper leaks in various states, including Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, and Telangana, all governed by Congress or its allies. Nadda questioned Rahul Gandhi’s selective focus, asking why he did not address the leaks occurring in Congress-ruled states. He accused Gandhi of prioritizing political gain over the welfare of students.

Nadda urged that the government’s response to paper leaks should also be a topic of discussion. He stressed the need for a collaborative approach among all governments to ensure justice for students. The government is serious about this issue and is prepared for discussions in Parliament under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership.

He reiterated the government’s willingness to engage in discussions about the paper leak in Parliament, suggesting that the opposition could determine the duration of these discussions. Nadda emphasized that the focus should be on finding solutions rather than engaging in negative politics.

He concluded by stating that the future of the country lies in the hands of its children, and it is a collective responsibility to ensure their well-being. Nadda called for a comprehensive discussion that transcends political boundaries, urging the opposition to address all incidents of paper leaks across states.

Regarding the CJP protests, he mentioned that discussions have been conducted in a cordial atmosphere and that any written concerns would be considered. He also addressed the demand for the resignation of Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, asserting that such matters should not be raised in this manner.
