Lucknow, June 22: Om Prakash Rajbhar, a minister in the Uttar Pradesh government and the national president of the Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party, has launched a fierce attack on Samajwadi Party president Akhilesh Yadav. He made serious allegations regarding the Gomti River Front project, claiming that while the entire budget has been spent, only 60% of the work has been completed.
Rajbhar stated, “This is part one of my revelations,” indicating that he plans to present detailed files related to alleged scams during Akhilesh’s tenure in the coming days. Notably, Rajbhar has been consistently targeting Yadav on various platforms.
In a post on the social media platform X, he wrote, “The funds for the Gomti River Front were used during the 2017 elections. Due to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s demonetization, you could not utilize the black money of Atiq Ahmed. This is why, despite spending the entire budget, only 60% of the work was completed. The remaining funds were diverted to the Saifai family’s coffers and used in the assembly elections.”
He further asserted, “Akhilesh Yadav thought he could hide his theft upon returning to power, but the pot of sins has overflowed. The government of the scammers has lost. All scams have come to light. This is just a glimpse of the corrupt deeds of the Akhilesh regime.”
Rajbhar claimed that he will gradually unveil all the details. He added, “I have the complete files. Institutions and agencies are working to clarify the Gomti River Front case, and I trust they will. Be patient; there will be no air conditioning in jail, no Twitter, and no press conferences.”
