September 30 Panchang: Avoid North Direction Travel, Abhijit Muhurat from 11:47 AM to 12:35 PM

New Delhi, September 29 (Daily Kiran) : The Hindu Panchang holds significant importance for various activities, including travel, investments, and rituals. It is consulted before undertaking any auspicious tasks. The Panchang is based on the positions of the sun, moon, and other celestial bodies.

On September 30, 2026, the fourth date of the Krishna Paksha in the month of Ashwin will last until 2:55 PM, after which the Panchami date will commence. Sunrise will occur at 6:21 AM, and sunset will be at 6:11 PM. The moon will rise at 8:44 PM and set at 10:53 AM the following day.

According to the Panchang, the sun will be positioned in the Hasta Nakshatra. Astrologically, the sun’s entry into this Nakshatra has a profound effect on all twelve zodiac signs. The moon, which governs the Hasta Nakshatra, is considered a friend of the sun. In Vedic astrology, Hasta is the thirteenth Nakshatra, symbolizing ‘hand,’ and is associated with the Virgo zodiac.

On this day, the Harshan Yoga will begin at 6:13 AM and last until the morning of September 30 at 3:20 AM. This Yoga, one of the 27 Nitya (natural) Yogas, is considered very auspicious and positive. Activities performed during this time are believed to bring joy and success, making it ideal for celebrations, weddings, and new ventures.

The Abhijit Muhurat will take place from 11:47 AM to 12:35 PM, regarded as the most favorable time of the day. This period, typically lasting around 48 minutes, is believed to eliminate all inauspicious effects when activities are conducted during this time.

Amrit Kaal will be observed from 3:46 AM to 5:16 AM, a period filled with positive energy. It is considered an excellent time for new ventures, investments, and significant travel.

However, Rahu Kaal will occur from 12:16 PM to 1:45 PM. This time is deemed inauspicious for starting new or good activities. It is calculated by dividing the time between sunrise and sunset into eight equal parts, with each segment lasting about 90 minutes. While new tasks should be avoided during this period, ongoing activities can continue.

Gulik Kaal will be from 10:48 AM to 12:16 PM, also known as ‘poisonous time.’ Activities initiated during this period are believed to yield negative results. It is advisable to refrain from starting new projects, although ongoing tasks may proceed. Actions such as depositing money in banks or charitable donations are considered acceptable.

Yamgand Kaal will last from 7:50 AM to 9:19 AM, a time associated with the deity of death, Yama. This period may bring health challenges or general misfortune, making it unfavorable for commencing new endeavors or travel.

On this day, the sun will be in Virgo, significantly impacting individuals’ work and intellectual capabilities. Astrologically, this time favors practical and well-planned approaches.

The moon will be in Aries, enhancing energy, courage, and enthusiasm. Governed by Mars, the moon’s presence in Aries can lead to emotional fluctuations.

Traveling in the northern direction is discouraged on this day, as it is considered inauspicious according to astrology and Vastu Shastra.
