Second Non-Bailable Warrant Issued Against Gangster Nandu Linked to Naresh Baliyan in MCOCA Case

New Delhi, June 9: A second non-bailable warrant has been issued against alleged gangster Kapil Sangwan, also known as Nandu, in connection with a case under the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) linked to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Naresh Baliyan. The Rouse Avenue Court has directed the Delhi Police to present the accused before the court by July 9.

During the hearing, the court was informed that Nandu has been evading the judicial process and has not participated in the ongoing trial related to the MCOCA case. Consequently, the court adopted a strict stance and issued the second non-bailable warrant against him.

According to investigative agencies, Nandu is accused of operating an organized criminal gang from abroad. The police claim that he has been controlling various criminal activities from overseas, and his network is currently under investigation. This has led to action being taken against him under MCOCA.

The court has instructed the Delhi Police to take necessary steps to ensure the arrest and appearance of the accused. The police are now investigating various aspects related to Nandu’s whereabouts and activities. If he fails to appear in court by the specified date, further legal actions may be pursued against him.

Naresh Baliyan’s name is also under scrutiny in this case. However, the proceedings are still in the preliminary legal phase, and the court is moving forward with the process of framing charges. The Rouse Avenue Court has clarified that the hearing related to charge framing will commence on July 20.

Following the court’s order, the responsibility now lies with the Delhi Police to present Kapil Sangwan, alias Nandu, before the court. All eyes are on the upcoming hearing starting July 20.
