Mumbai, September 20 (Daily Kiran) : Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan, often dubbed the “Greek God” for his striking looks, recently shared an interesting anecdote from his past. During an appearance on the chat show “Koffee with Karan,” he recounted how a school board in Kolkata once reached out to him with a unique proposal. They wanted to include his name in their biology textbooks to aid student learning.
Hrithik explained to host Karan Johar, “When I was in Kolkata, I received a message from a school board. They wanted to incorporate my name into their textbooks to help teach children. They thought it would make learning more interesting. For example, they could ask questions like, ‘What is the longest bone in Hrithik Roshan’s body?’ It was a creative approach to engage students.”
Reflecting on his career, Hrithik made a significant entrance into Bollywood in 2000 with the romantic film “Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai,” alongside Amisha Patel. Over the next two decades, he starred in numerous acclaimed films, including “Koi Mil Gaya,” “Krrish,” “Lakshya,” “Jodhaa Akbar,” “Guzaarish,” “Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara,” and “War.”
Currently, Hrithik is set to make his foray into the OTT space as a producer with the upcoming project “Storm.” This series will feature actors like Parvati Thiruvothu, Alaya F, Srishti Srivastava, Rama Sharma, and Saba Azad. “Storm” is directed by Ajitpal Singh, known for his work on the “Tabbar” series.
Additionally, fans can look forward to Hrithik reprising his role as Krishna Mehra in the much-anticipated sequel “Krrish 4.”
