The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB) has announced the exam dates for the RSSB REET Mains 2025 examination. Candidates who have registered online for the primary and upper primary teacher recruitment can now complete their registration on the official RSSB website at rssb.rajasthan.gov.in.
This recruitment drive aims to fill 5,636 vacancies for primary teachers and 2,123 vacancies for upper primary teachers. Detailed information about the exam centre, timing, location, and other important details will be provided on the admit card.
The REET Mains exam will be held from January 17 to January 20, 2026. The exam will be conducted in one shift from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM on all four days. Additionally, on January 19 and 20, there will be a second shift from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM.
Admit cards for the primary and upper primary teacher exams will be released a few days before the exam dates. Candidates are advised to regularly check the official RSSB website for updates on admit card availability and other notifications.
The exam pattern consists of 150 multiple-choice questions, each carrying 2 marks, with a total duration of 2 hours and 30 minutes. There will be negative marking, with one-third of a mark deducted for each incorrect answer.
Selection will be based on candidates’ performance in the written examination, followed by document verification and a medical examination.
Candidates must carry the following documents to the exam hall:
• Printed copy of the admit card
• Valid ID proof such as Voter ID, Aadhaar card, Driving License, or Passport
• Two passport-size photographs
