1. Jio Haptik Launches AI Agents for SMBs
Jio Haptik introduced enterprise-grade AI Agents for small and medium businesses (SMBs) under its “AI for All” initiative. Priced from Rs 10,000 for 2,000 conversations, the agents can handle queries, bookings, and lead management on WhatsApp and voice platforms. Haptik says SMBs can save up to 50% on customer support costs, while early adopters have reported 80% automation in repetitive queries.
2. JioFind 4G GPS Tracker
JioThings launched JioFind, a portable GPS tracker, available in standard (Rs 1,499) and Pro (Rs 2,499) versions. The device supports real-time tracking, geofencing, trip history, and ambient voice monitoring through the JioThings app. It works via Jio’s 4G network using number-sharing technology, allowing customers to link it to their existing Jio SIM.
3. JioSaavn Pro Subscription Offer
JioSaavn rolled out a limited-time Pro plan at Rs 9/month for the first two months, compared to the regular Rs 99/month. Subscribers get ad-free streaming, offline downloads, curated playlists, and high-quality audio. JioSaavn currently has over 100 million monthly active users, with strong reach in both metros and smaller towns.
4. Blaupunkt Smart TVs With JioTele OS
In partnership with Jio, Blaupunkt launched smart TVs powered by JioTele OS in three sizes: 43-inch (Rs 17,599), 50-inch (Rs 21,999), and 55-inch (Rs 26,699). The QLED 4K models feature AI-powered content recommendations, 300+ live TV channels, sports mode, and come with a 3-month JioHotstar subscription. The TVs will be sold on Flipkart during the Big Billion Day sale.
5. Jio Payments Bank ‘Savings Pro’ Account
Jio Payments Bank introduced the Savings Pro account, which automatically invests surplus funds above a user-set threshold (starting at Rs 5,000) into overnight mutual funds. Customers can earn up to 6.5% returns, with instant redemption options up to Rs 50,000. The fully digital service is managed via the JioFinance app with no hidden fees or lock-ins.
