
New Delhi, August 26: Ramagundam Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited (RCFL) has officially announced the recruitment for various positions, including engineers, at its Ramagundam plant in Telangana and corporate office in Noida. This announcement comes as a great opportunity for job seekers.
RCFL is looking to fill 40 vacancies, which include 12 Chemical Engineer (E-1) positions, 4 Assistant Manager (E-2) in Chemical, 2 Deputy Manager (E-3), 3 Mechanical Engineer (E-1), 3 Electrical Engineer (E-1), 4 Officer (E-1) in Materials, 1 Assistant Manager (E-2) in Transportation, 1 Officer (E-1) in Human Resources, 1 Officer-Secretarial (E-1) in Human Resources, 1 Additional CMO (E-4) in Medical, 1 CMO (E-5) in Medical, 3 Accounts Officer (E-1) in Finance and Accounts, 2 Assistant Manager (E-2) in Finance and Accounts, 1 Chief Manager (E-6) in Finance and Accounts, and 1 Engineer (E-1) in Information Technology.
The online application process began at 8 AM on August 26 and will close on September 24. Candidates interested in these positions can complete their registration on the official RCFL website before 5 PM on the deadline.
After successfully submitting the online application, candidates must send a hard copy of their filled application along with all relevant documents to the following address: Deputy General Manager (HR), Ramagundam Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited, Corporate Office, 4th Floor, Wing – A, Kribhco Bhawan, Sector-1, Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201301, by October 1. For candidates residing in remote areas, the last date for submitting the hard copy of the online application is set for October 8. This includes regions such as Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh‘s Lahaul and Spiti district, Chamba district’s Pangi sub-division, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, and Lakshadweep.
Applicants must possess a degree in BE/BTech/BSc (Engineering) from a recognized institution or university, or a full-time regular MBA, integrated MBA, or postgraduate degree, or at least a 2-year diploma, MBBS, or MD/MS, CA or CMA with a specialization of two years, depending on the position. Additionally, candidates must have relevant experience ranging from 1 to 18 years based on the role.
The maximum age limit for applicants is set between 30 to 50 years, calculated as of July 31, 2026. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per regulations. Selection will be based on application screening, shortlisting, and personal interviews. Selected candidates can expect a salary ranging from ₹40,000 to ₹2,40,000 per month, along with additional benefits and allowances.
During the application process, candidates are required to pay the application fee online, which ranges from ₹700 to ₹1,000 for General/OBC/EWS categories, along with bank processing fees. SC/ST/PWD/Ex-Servicemen and departmental candidates are exempt from the registration fee.
