Pulsar Dominates Bajaj Sales with 61% Market Share in October 2025

Bajaj Auto has released its October sales breakdown, revealing strong performance across its seven-model lineup in the Indian market, including the electric Chetak. Once again, Pulsar emerged as the company’s top-selling model, maintaining its number-one position nationwide.

The Pulsar recorded exceptional sales of over 1.52 lakh units in October, driven by GST 2.0 benefits. The model achieved an impressive 61% year-on-year growth and commanded a dominant 61% share of the company’s total sales. Platina, offering approximately 90kmpl mileage, secured the third position in the company’s sales rankings.

Bajaj Auto Model-wise Sales October 2025:

Pulsar led with 1,52,996 units sold in October 2025 compared to 1,11,834 units in October 2024, registering a growth of 41,162 units and 36.81% yearly growth with 61.11% market share.

Platina sold 52,734 units in October 2025 against 61,689 units in October 2024, showing a decline of 8,955 units and a 14.52% yearly degrowth with 21.06% market share.

Chetak electric scooter achieved sales of 34,900 units in October 2025 compared to 30,644 units in October 2024, gaining 4,256 units with 13.89% yearly growth and 13.94% market share.

CT model sold 4,534 units in October 2025 versus 8,503 units in October 2024, declining by 3,969 units with 46.68% yearly degrowth and 1.81% market share.

Freedom recorded sales of 2,152 units in October 2025 against 30,051 units in October 2024, showing a significant decline of 27,899 units and 92.84% yearly degrowth with 0.86% market share.

Avenger sold 1,808 units in October 2025 compared to 1,651 units in October 2024, gaining 157 units with 9.51% yearly growth and 0.72% market share.

Dominar achieved sales of 1,235 units in October 2025 against 1,049 units in October 2024, growing by 186 units with 17.73% yearly growth and 0.49% market share.

Overall, Bajaj Auto sold a total of 2,50,359 units in October 2025 compared to 2,45,421 units in October 2024, recording an increase of 4,938 units and achieving 2.01% annual growth.

The data shows Pulsar’s continued dominance in Bajaj’s portfolio, while some models like Freedom and CT experienced significant declines compared to the previous year. The electric Chetak showed positive growth, indicating growing acceptance of electric mobility in the Indian market.
