Mumbai, March 31: Renowned Marathi actress Prarthana Behere is making headlines with her upcoming film, ‘Sakhe G Sajni.’ Before the film’s release, she visited the Shirdi Temple to seek blessings and discussed her film in detail.

In an interview, Behere explained, “‘Sakhe G Sajni’ tells a unique story about friendship and the transformations in life. It revolves around three friends embarking on a solo trip. This journey is not just a vacation; it becomes a life-altering experience.”

She elaborated, “The events that unfold during this trip form the core of the film’s narrative, making it special.”

According to Behere, “In today’s world, people often view travel merely as entertainment or a holiday. Discussing her career, Behere began acting at a young age, first stepping into Marathi cinema. She made her debut in 2009 with the film ‘Rita’ and gradually established her presence. She gained attention with films like ‘My Lake.’

In the television industry, Behere also made a significant mark, portraying Vaishali Karanjkar in the popular Zee TV show ‘Pavitra Rishta,’ which earned her recognition in households. She later ventured into Hindi films, debuting in Bollywood in 2011 with ‘Love You Mr. Kalakar’ and appearing in ‘Bodyguard’ the same year.

In Marathi cinema, Prarthana has worked in notable films such as ‘Mitwa,’ ‘Coffee Ani Barach Kahi,’ ‘Vakratund Mahakaya,’ ‘Mr. and Mrs. Sadachari,’ and ‘Phuge.’
