Political Turmoil as AAP MPs Resign, BJP Welcomes New Members

New Delhi, April 25: The political landscape has shifted dramatically following the resignation of several Members of Parliament from the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), who have joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). BJP’s National General Secretary Tarun Chugh commented on this development, labeling it a historic day for Punjab and the nation.

Chugh stated that the AAP has become ensnared in its own web, accusing the party leadership of corruption, exploitation, and syndicate politics.

Delhi BJP MP Praveen Khandelwal released a video confirming that seven MPs, including Raghav Chadha, have departed from AAP. He emphasized that this clearly exposes Arvind Kejriwal, who initially entered politics with high moral values.

Khandelwal remarked that Kejriwal, who once championed integrity in politics, has now lost seven MPs. He asserted that under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership, individuals who regard India as their mother and wish to connect with the nation are coming together.

In his video, Khandelwal congratulated Raghav Chadha and his colleagues for breaking free from Kejriwal’s entanglement, expressing hope that they will work together for the nation’s benefit.

BJP spokesperson Shah Nawaz Hussain noted that over time, Kejriwal is becoming politically isolated. He pointed out that even within the party, members are realizing that AAP has strayed from its original objectives, leading close associates to distance themselves.

Additionally, BJP leader Amarpal Singh Ajnala welcomed the new members joining the party in Amritsar. He stated that those leaving AAP for the BJP are stepping towards a new direction for the nation’s interest, and he extended best wishes from Punjab BJP.
