Mumbai, March 26: Polar Electro has unveiled the Street X, a new sports smartwatch designed for fitness enthusiasts seeking a robust and everyday wearable. This device merges training tools, recovery tracking, and impressive battery life with a user-friendly design suited for daily use.
The Street X boasts a 1.28-inch AMOLED touchscreen protected by Gorilla Glass 3. It features built-in GPS, a compass, and a barometer, allowing for route guidance and outdoor tracking without needing a connected phone. The smartwatch supports over 170 sports and activities, including running, cycling, strength training, HIIT, functional training, and calisthenics.
Durability is a key focus of the design. The watch is constructed with a reinforced polymer body and an eight-screw chassis, weighing just 48 grams. It meets MIL-STD-810H standards and offers WR50 water resistance, making it ideal for both workouts and everyday exposure to water.

Battery life is a standout feature of the device. The Street X offers up to 10 days of battery life in smartwatch mode. During training, it can last up to 43 hours with continuous GPS and heart rate tracking. With power-saving settings activated, usage can extend up to 170 hours.

The Street X is now available worldwide through Polar’s official website and select retail partners. It comes in Night Black and Snow White, with a limited launch of Forest Green on Polar’s website, followed by a broader release in the second quarter. The pricing is set at EUR 249.90 and GBP 219.00, including VAT where applicable, and USD 249.90 excluding tax. Additional wristbands will be available for purchase separately.
