New Delhi, May 31: Nitin Naveen, the National President of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), will hold a meeting with the party’s state unit presidents at the party headquarters in New Delhi on Monday. During this meeting, he may share messages from Prime Minister Narendra Modi directed at the BJP’s top leadership.
This meeting comes at a crucial time, as elections for 24 Rajya Sabha seats across 10 states are scheduled for June 18. Additionally, elections for various state legislative councils are also approaching, making this gathering politically significant.
Sources indicate that Prime Minister Modi had an important discussion with the BJP’s core group on Sunday. It is expected that Monday’s meeting will delve into these issues and electoral strategies in detail.
The meeting will also include BJP’s National General Secretary (Organization) B.L. Santhosh and other national general secretaries. Senior leaders will discuss preparations for the upcoming elections, organizational activities, and strategies for party expansion.
Moreover, the agenda will cover the outline of programs and campaigns to be organized in celebration of the central government’s 12 years under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership.
The meeting will emphasize reviewing BJP’s activities in various states and strengthening the organization down to the booth level. The party leadership is also focused on the assembly elections scheduled for early 2027, which include Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Goa, and Manipur.
This meeting is taking place as BJP’s state units finalize training programs for workers at the mandal level under the Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Maha Training Campaign. The aim of this initiative is to reinforce the ideologies of cultural nationalism and integral humanism among workers and empower the organization at the grassroots level.
Notably, on Saturday, Nitin Naveen met with party workers in Dehradun and visited the home of a booth president. He shared this on social media, praising the contributions of booth-level workers.
