Mumbai, August 17: Nigerian influencer Agu Stanley has captured the attention of Indian audiences with his unique presence on the reality show ‘Alliance.’ His ability to speak Hindi and other Indian languages surprised many, while his humorous and friendly demeanor won hearts.
In a recent interview, Agu discussed his aspirations for the future. He expressed a desire to advance in the acting world, dreaming of playing roles that reflect his personality. Being a funny person, he believes that comedic roles would suit him well.
Agu shared, “Acting is not new to me. I have already worked in a few films and truly enjoy this craft. I was part of Anurag Kashyap’s film ‘Bandar,’ and I have also worked in Khushali Kumar’s ‘Dulhaniya Le Aayegi’ and ‘Sing Geetam.’ I find great joy in acting.”
When asked about the types of characters he wishes to portray, Agu stated, “I consider myself a humorous person, so comedic roles would fit me perfectly. However, my first choice is not limited to comedy. I also want to play the role of a strong hero on screen.”
Agu emphasized, “I don’t want to confine myself to just one type of character. While I want to utilize my humorous image on screen, I am also open to emotional and diverse roles. I believe that playing different types of roles will help me understand and showcase myself better as an actor.”
Beyond acting, Agu is interested in other entertainment fields. He mentioned, “I want to work in films, television, and OTT platforms. Additionally, I have a passion for singing and sports. I aim to establish my identity across various forms of entertainment.”
Agu gained significant popularity from the recently concluded reality show ‘Alliance.’ His captivating presence and proficiency in Indian languages, including Hindi, Marathi, Bhojpuri, and Gujarati, were particularly noteworthy. According to Agu, he learned these languages by watching films.
