
Lucknow, June 20: The Superintendent of Police in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh, has reviewed the preparations for the NEET-UG 2026 re-examination scheduled for Sunday. The aim is to conduct the exam smoothly, without any cheating, and in a peaceful environment. All police personnel assigned to exam duties have been given necessary instructions.
The NEET-UG 2026 re-exam will take place at four centers in Hathras: Seth Phool Chand Bagla (PG) College, Shri Akrur Inter College, PM Shri Central School, and Saraswati Inter College.
Superintendent Chiranjeev Nath Sinha has deployed a total of 3 gazetted officers, 4 station officers, 6 inspectors, 15 sub-inspectors (including female), 45 head constables/constables, 25 female head constables/constables, and 28 home guards for the exam.
In addition, fixed picket duties have been established at major intersections, where sufficient police personnel will assist candidates and their guardians with directions and ensure smooth traffic flow. All officers and staff have been instructed to thoroughly study the guidelines provided for the exam and ensure 100% compliance.
Regarding the arrangements, Superintendent Sinha stated that four examination centers have been set up in Hathras for the NEET-UG 2026 re-exam organized by NTN. High-level examination protocols have been implemented at all centers.
Approximately 200 police officers will be deployed to ensure the smooth conduct of the exam at all centers. Security measures are being reinforced according to various criteria, and vigilance is being maintained across all social media platforms.
