New Delhi, June 18: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced that approximately 1.6 million candidates have successfully downloaded their admit cards for the NEET UG 2026 re-examination scheduled for June 21. The admit cards were released on June 14.

Many candidates reached out to the NTA, reporting difficulties in downloading their admit cards due to incomplete account information for various reasons.

To assist candidates, the NTA has provided an opportunity to log in via the official website to download their admit cards. Candidates can choose from available options for this process.

They may download their admit cards first and later verify their bank account details for refund purposes. Alternatively, candidates can confirm their bank details before downloading the admit cards.

The NTA has advised those facing challenges in downloading their admit cards to contact the agency’s helpline at 011-40759000 or 011-69227700, or to email their concerns.

Candidates are also urged to regularly check the NTA and NEET official websites for the latest updates and announcements related to the examination.

In the meantime, the Indian Air Force (IAF) has ensured the safe delivery of NEET UG 2026 re-examination question papers to 18 locations across the country under extensive security arrangements.

This measure is part of the efforts by authorities to conduct the re-examination smoothly, securely, and without any irregularities. Officials reported that aircraft from the Air Force are being utilized to ensure the secure and timely delivery of question papers to designated distribution centers nationwide.

Security forces, local administration, and law enforcement officials have been deployed to monitor the transportation, storage, and distribution of the question papers. Special surveillance will be maintained at sensitive examination centers, with strict measures in place to prevent any tampering or irregularities.

It is noteworthy that the NEET UG 2026 re-examination will be held on June 21. This examination is one of the largest entrance tests in the country, facilitating admissions to undergraduate medical courses in medical colleges nationwide.
