Neeraj Kumar Welcomes SIT Action in Ram Temple Donation Theft Case

Patna, June 27: Neeraj Kumar, a member of the Bihar Legislative Council from the Janata Dal (United), has expressed his support for the Special Investigation Team’s (SIT) actions regarding the Ram Temple donation theft case. He emphasized that donations made in the name of Lord Ram were given with reverence, and any theft or misappropriation of these funds warrants strict action against the culprits.

In a conversation with a news agency, Kumar stated, “Based on the SIT’s 20-page report, eight individuals have been arrested, and approximately 8 million rupees have been recovered. The hearing of the case will conclude soon, and the guilty will face legal consequences. When the accused serve their time in prison, they will surely remember Lord Ram.”

Kumar asserted that anyone who commits a crime must face imprisonment. Devotees have contributed financially and selflessly in the name of Lord Ram. Misuse of funds raised for such sacred purposes is unacceptable under any circumstances, and the law will take its course.

Commenting on Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Seychelles, Kumar noted that it is an honor for India when the Prime Minister attends as a chief guest at the invitation of another country’s head of state. This is a significant example of India’s growing stature on the international stage. Wherever Prime Minister Modi goes, he speaks about India’s interests, which is why everyone should remain optimistic.

On the ongoing crisis in West Asia, Kumar expressed concern, stating that India is not yet fully self-sufficient in petroleum. However, he assured that the central government’s priority is to ensure that the public does not face any difficulties.

He remarked that despite the global economy facing challenges, India is maintaining its economic strength while safeguarding the interests of its citizens. He commended Prime Minister Modi for his efforts, stating that he deserves accolades.
