New Delhi, May 12: Senior BJP leader Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi has taken aim at the opposition, labeling them as a “Chandal Chowkadi” that seeks to create an atmosphere of fear and confusion. He emphasized that during crises, discussions should focus on solutions rather than spreading panic. Naqvi highlighted Prime Minister Modi’s appeal to the nation as being in the best interest of the country.
In a conversation in New Delhi, Naqvi remarked that the world is currently facing a crisis. He urged the need to address it with caution. Unfortunately, he noted, some individuals prefer to spread confusion and fear instead of contributing to solutions. History shows that during crises, such individuals become part of the problem rather than the solution. These political parties have faced defeat in electoral arenas, and such tactics will yield no benefits.
Responding to Rahul Gandhi and Mallikarjun Kharge’s call for an all-party meeting, Naqvi stated that this “Chandal Chowkadi” is always on the lookout for opportunities to instill fear and confusion in the country. He stressed the importance of vigilance against their fabricated narratives, asserting that no one should be allowed to propagate fear and superstition.
Naqvi congratulated Himanta Biswa Sarma on taking the oath as Assam’s Chief Minister for the second time. He attributed the BJP’s successful governance in 22 states, which house approximately 78% of the country’s population, to the people’s choice. This success is a result of hard work, dedication, and sacrifice from Modi and the entire NDA team. He believes that the BJP’s expansion is linked to India’s empowerment and development, which is why people continue to support the party.
Regarding comments made by an SP MP about PM Modi, Naqvi remarked that those criticizing Modi are behaving like rowdies. Their relentless criticism has led them to the banks of the Kosi River, but it does not harm Modi; rather, it backfires on them.
On the decisions made by the West Bengal government’s first cabinet, Naqvi expressed satisfaction. He noted that West Bengal has been plagued by numerous issues, including the protection and support of infiltrators by the previous government. With the BJP now in power, the priority is to identify and remove these infiltrators from the country, and the government is taking concrete steps in that direction.
